Abruzzo Pecorino Superiore DOC
OROE DEI DUE MORI
Straw yellow color.
Very captivating bouquet where the floral notes of white flowers and orange blossom blend with balsamic hints of cedar with very light flint shades.
Clean, full flavor with surprising minerality. Good flavor and citrus aftertaste.
Thanks to the cryomaceration technique we are able to extract the primary aromas of the grapes present on the skins. Working at low temperature allows us not to immediately start the alcoholic fermentation in order to be able to limit the extraction of caustic tannins in white bitter and astringency wines.

The history of the label:
"Oroe stock price for today ... The basic oroe stock chart for today is ..."
These are some of the phrases that precede the definitive listing of the precious metal on world stock exchanges.
Today as in the past, gold represents the raw material of reference. A mineral, which unchanged in its form and consistency, as well as produced by mother nature, is immediately precious.
In our wine we wanted to give value to the first and inimitable essence of the grape and its sparkling gold reflections.
